About the Council for Swedish Financial Reporting Supervision

The Council for Swedish Financial Reporting Supervision (“the Council”) reviews the annual and semi-annual reports of companies that have Sweden as a home Member State and financial instruments listed on a regulated market. As for Sweden, the supervision covers companies with securities listed on Nasdaq Stockholm Main Market and NGM Main Regulated. The review is carried out by delegation from the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority (”SFSA”), which has the ultimate responsibility for the supervision and is authorised to enforce sanctions in the event of violation.

The Council is an independent non-governmental body and part of the Association for Generally Accepted Practice in the Securities Market.
